It has been an honor to help more than 1,000 military veterans every year through my career transition workshops. When I am not conducting workshops, I volunteer with The Honor Foundation (THF) as a coach and mentor. THF is a unique transition institute created exclusively for Navy SEALs and the U.S. Special Operations community. It is extremely fulfilling to positively impact those who have served our country as I help them prepare for their next career.
