I have over 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, and business development with companies such as American Express, Banc One, USA Funds (Sallie Mae), and CIT Group, Inc. As an accomplished team builder with innovative leadership and motivation skills, I have led sales teams in entering new markets and growing market share.

It has been an honor to help more than 1,000 military veterans every year through my career transition workshops. When I am not conducting workshops, I volunteer with The Honor Foundation (THF) as a coach and mentor. THF is a unique transition institute created exclusively for Navy SEALs and the U.S. Special Operations community. It is extremely fulfilling to positively impact those who have served our country as I help them prepare for their next career.
