As an accomplished team builder with innovative leadership and motivation skills, he has led sales teams in entering new markets and growing market share.

It has been a honor to have over 1000 transitioning military veterans annually attend my career transition workshops. When I am not conducting workshops, I volunteer with The Honor Foundation (THF) as a coach and mentor. THF is a unique transition institute created exclusively for Navy SEALs and the U.S. Special Operations community. It is extremely fulfilling to positively impact those who have served our country in preparing for their next career.
